Sharing, invites, and a smoother queue

• Invite friends to SofaScroll from a room menu or Settings.
• When you share a video you can now see who is in each room, so it is easy to send it to the right one.
• Leaving a room is smooth now, with no error screen.
• The "add the link you copied" prompt only asks once per link.
• Hosts can lock a room so no new members join, and remove members.
• Sample videos moved to Settings under "See how it works".
• A cleaner empty screen that shows how to share from TikTok, Instagram, X, and more.
• iOS: the notification badge clears when you open the app.
